Ride 7 and today we introduce spurs. Spurs are a training aid, they help make cues clearer, they are not used for forward! Watch as I explain how to introduce spurs and then use them effectively for body control.
In this video Lacey continues on with the ground fundamentals, firstly covering what she has already leant, then adding more techniques to her tool kit before successfully navigating her first ride.
Follow along with Emma and Lacey's as they work through the ground fundamentals. Once she has an understanding on how to move her 5 body parts independently, soften and move away from pressure, sensatised and desensatised while standing still and in motion and have her moving her feet forward, backward, left and right respectfully, we can then move on to completing her first ride.
